How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID settings: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Ciora.
How do I delete my account and data?
Go to Profile > Privacy & Data > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data from our servers.
Is my health data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and stored securely. We never sell your personal information to third parties.
Is Ciora a medical app?
No. Ciora is an educational wellness tool. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical decisions.
